大型圆环形锻件的成形工艺

叙述了大型圆环形锻件自由锻固定马架和活动马架扩孔成形工艺．文章指出，为了优质高效的锻造出大型圆环形件．应根据锻件的材料、尺寸、质量和批量要求，来选择马架扩孔方式，重视毛坯原材料、加热、工模具加工和操作技术等环节质量的提高．

In this paper, the broaching technology for fixed and flexible frame used in large scale circular forging products is introduced. In order to forge large-scale circular products of quality efficiently, it is important to select the broaching mode and improve the quality of such process as the material, dimension, quality and quantity requirement.
