摘要
分析了液压主轴的发热及其所带来的加工精度的变化,提出了超精密加工中消除其影响的措施。
The author analyzes the temperature increment of a hydraulic spindle and the machining accuracy variation caused by the increasing temperature, and moreover, proposes measures for eliminating theeffects of temperature variation of the spindle on the super-precision machining accuracy.
