介绍了零电压开关下的IGBT的工作原理，通过对电路的计算机仿真和样机实验，证实了该项技术的优越性．
In this paper,the principle of zero-voltage-switching IGBT is presented.The advantages of this technique have been proved by simulation and experiment on a sample circuit.
