摘要
针对风扇磨制粉系统燃用混煤时燃烧经济性和稳定性差的现状,根据气固两相流动的特性开发研制了锅炉煤粉调节器。该调节器具有将下一次风中的较大颗粒转移至中一次风的功能,应用于双辽发电厂2 台1 021 t/h 锅炉上,取得了减少炉渣含碳量、提高燃烬度。
Abstract The economy and stability of boiler burning is restriced when mixed coal is used,focusing on fan-grinders milling system, the boiler pulverized-coal adjuster is developed according to air-solid two-phase flow characters. The adjuster can transfer bigger particles from the lower primary air to the middle primary air, which is fixed on the two 1 021 t/h boilers of ShuangLiao Power Plant, so that the carbon-content of cinder is reduced, the combustibility is increased and the temperature of main steam and reheated steam is regulated.
