摘要 The path integral approach is used to investigate the scattering of tripe- barrier. Analytical expressions of the reflection coefficient and the transmission coefficient and resonant tunneling condition are strictly derived for triple-barrier quantum-well struc- tures. A new theoretical method studying the scattering of multi-barrier quantum-well structures is provided in this paper.
