摘要
对用集总参数法离散转子提出了一些假设，详细推导了赤道集总转动惯量的计算公式，证明了钟一谔、虞列等人提出的赤道集总转动惯量公式的正确性，并指出了该公式的有效使用条件．
Some hypotheses on lumped parameter method using to dispersed rotor were stated in this paper. Formula which used to count the equatorial rotary inertia were been infered in detailed. The formula's correctness has been proved, and the effective using scope were been given.
