认为法人财产权是公司权利的核心，正确区分个人财产权、股东权、法人财产权对防止国有资产流失，保护投资人的合法权益及企业规范运行均具有积极意义．
The article mainly expounded the property rights of legal person are formed by investors with their investments. And enterprises legal person have the rights of owned, usage, profit, punishment to all property set up by all investments by laws. Shares coperation system to enterprises. Correctly tell the diffenerces from personal property rights, Shareholders rights, legal person property rights are prevent the fixed asset from running off. Portecting the legal profits of investors have directive significance.
