摘要
讨论了难加工材料的切削加工问题及硬质合金立铣刀的材料与涂层技术,针对淬硬钢的铣削加工,通过切削实验,比较了硬质合金立铣刀不同涂层材料的切削性能,探索了适合高硬度金属材料高速切削的加工方法。
This paper discusses the cutting questions of difficult cutting material and coating technology of carbide vertical milling cutter. Aiming at milling cutting of the quenched steel. the paper also finds out cutting method of high speed cutting suitable for high hardness metal material by means of cutting experiment and cutting performance compare of different coating material of carbide vertical milling cutter.
