摘要 介绍了一种一氧化碳催化合成草酸中有机组分的气相色谱分析法,色谱分析在102G-D型气相色谱仪上进行,用热导池检测器检测,CDMC-1CX色谱数据处理机处理分析结果,色谱柱为内填浸渍PEG-20M的DMCS-103 (60-80目)的不锈钢柱,样品的分析时间约为5分钟。 This paper presents a rapid, quantitative gas chromatographic method for analyz- ing the organic constituents from the catalytical synthesis of the carbon monoxide to ethyl oxalate. The organic constituents include ethyl nitrite, ethyl formiate, ethanol, aldehyde and trace water. The chromatographic analysis was performed on 102G-D gas chromatography, coupled with a thermal conductivity cell detector which the bridge current was 120mA. A col- umn of 8% PEG-20M on DMCS-103 (60-80mesh), 2m×4mm i. d. was used. The hydrogen carrier gas flow rate was 30mL/min, injection port temperature was 150℃. The temperature of the detector and column were kept at 145℃and 120℃. The time for analysis was about 5 min.
