油奈坐果中可溶性糖的高效液相色谱测定

摘要 本文介绍高效液相色谱外标法测定柰坐果中可溶性糖和山梨醇的方法,采用μ-Sphero-gel carbohydrate柱和示差折光检测器,以水为流动相,柱温85℃的分离条件。相关系数在0.9980以上,加入回收率在90.90-95.61%之间。可溶性糖在果肉中的积累依柰果的生长发育阶段而有特征性变化。 A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of carbo- hydrate in Nane fruit set was described. The chromatography was carried out on μ-Spherogel carbohydrate column (4.6×300mm i. d) (at 85℃) using water as mobile phase and refractive index detector. The average recoveries of carbohydrates were 89. 98-95. 61% and correlation coefficients were 0.9709-0.9999. The fruit growth curve showed the typical double sigmoid form, and it appeared double peaks form according to the fluctuation of growth rat. The accu- mulation of soluble carbohydrates in flesh showed their characteristic patters in different spe- cial phase of fruit growth.
