摘要
1999年5月20日,三名中远"利山海"轮船员在自巴西至我国日照港的航海途中死亡。经分析认为其死因是货舱内大豆霉变,造成舱内一氧化碳、二氧化碳浓度升高,从而使三名船员在货舱道门内窒息合并一氧化碳中毒死亡。这一事件应提醒有关部门及相关工作人员提高自我保护意识、规范操作规程,以防止类似事件的再次发生。
On May 20th, 1999, three crewmembers of M. V. LiShanHai, which belong to COSCO, died during the voyage from Brazil to Rizhao port. The analysis showed that the three persons were killed in the cabin by suffocation combined with CO poisoning, which was caused by mildow and rot of soybean. This accident remind the departments and workers concerned to take warning, be concious of the importance of self-protect and obey the standard operation rules, in order to avoid the happening of such tragedy.
