摘要
建立了一套固定床吸附器吸附过程模拟测试装置,可在室温至250℃,表压5MPa下实现连续吸附—脱附—吹扫操作循环和在线气相色谱分析。对影响装置精度的进样口压力、汽化管温度与液相物料流量等三个主要因素进行考察后发现,在一定范围内装置测试数据的相对标准偏差在色谱分析的误差范围内。
A set of menstruation equipment of fixed bed absorption process was established. The equipment was applied in continuously measuring dynamic parameters at temperature from 30 ℃ to 250 ℃ and operating pressure from 0 to 5 MPa. After investigating three principal factors-pressure, temperature and flow rate, which affected the precision of determination result , the RSD of measurement data was 5 percent, corresponding with the analysis request under suitable conditions.
