摘要
活塞式压缩机广泛地应用于工业各部门,且能量消耗很大,为提高效率,对气缸内气体热力过程进行计算机模拟很有必要,气缸内工作过程由进气、压缩、排气、膨胀四过程组成,本文建立了这四过程的数学模型,并采用计算机进行了数值求解,最终对整个过程进行数值模拟,绘出了气缸工作过程的指示图,与实验结果对比,有很好的吻合。
Reciprocating compressor is widely used in industry,and its energy consumption is very high. To promote efficiency, it is very necessary to simulate the compressor cylinder. The working process of cylinder includes inlet gas,compression,outlet gas and expansion. The mathematics models of these processes are established and solved in this paper,so the whole working process is simulated.Comparing with the experimental results,the simulation is successful.
