糠醛转盘塔机械密封的应用研究

Study on Mechanical Seal in Furaldehyde-Rotary Disc tower

阐述了带旋转轴塔机械密封的特点,并以糠醛转盘塔为例说明了塔轴端常用机械密封的结构形式,安装要求及在使用中可能出现的问题。以此解决常见的塔类轴封问题。

This paper discusses the features of mechanical seal in tower with a rotary axis. Taking the mechanical seal adopted at the end of rotary-disc tower as an example, this paper illustrates the structural form and installation requirements of mechanical seal,and problems may be encountered during operation. The conclusion can be used to solve problems in the conventional axial seal.
