摘要
水煤浆技术作为洁净煤工程的一个重要组成部分和煤炭加工的一种新途径,越来越受到各个方面的重视,但是,输送水煤浆的单螺杆泵定子耐磨性差是影响水煤浆技术应用的一个重要方面。本文从定子受力的角度分析了定子磨损分布规律,认为定子截面出现对角磨损较大是由于输送水煤浆的液压差产生的横向力和倾倒力矩以及万向联轴器离心力的联合作用;而输送水煤浆的压力差分布不均匀以及万向联轴器的离心力作用产生的附加弯矩作用使得磨损轴向分布呈喇叭状。
The technology of coal water slurry is receiving more and more attention as an important part of clean coal project and a new way of coal processing. However, application of the technology of coal water slurry is limited by the poor wear resistance of liner of single-screw pump. This paper analyses the distribution of liner wear from the point of view of force on the liner, and finds the reason why the worse wear appeared in the opposite angle on the intercepting face of the liner is the combined action of transverse force and overturning moment caused by the liquid pressure difference and inertial eccentric force of multiaccel-erator. The wear axial horn distribution is caused by the uneven distribution of pressure difference for transporting the coal water slurry and the additional moment caused by the inertial eccentric force.
