A Comparision of Verbal Indicative Affixes -mbi,-mui(-müi),and -mu(-mü) in Manchu and Mongolian

本文在分别比较研究了满语陈述式词缀－ｍｂｉ和蒙古语中世纪的陈述式词－ｍｕｉ（－ｍüｉ）、－ｍｕ（ｍü）的语法意义和语音形式的基础上认为，－ｍｂｉ来自助动词ｂｉ，－ｍｕｉ（－ｍüｉ）来自助动词ｂｕｉ，并且进一步指出，助动词ｂｉ和ｂｕｉ之间存在同源关系，因此，满语的－ｍｂｉ和蒙古语的－ｍｕｉ（－ｍüｉ）曾经有过同源关系。

article respectively studies the grammatical meanings and phonetic forms of the Manchu indicative mood affix -mbi and Middle Age Mongolian indicative affix -mui (-müi), -mu (-mü) on the basis of which the author puts forward that -mbi came from the auxiliary verb ie and -mui(--müi) came from the auxiliary verb bui. And the article points out further that there is a relationship of affinity between the auxiliary verbs ie and but. Therefore, -mbi of Manchu and -mui (-mui) of Mongolian has a relationship of affinity.
