Application and Value of Intraoperative Cholangiography

通过对102例胆囊切除术中胆管造影的临床分析,提出了术中胆管造影的指征,肯定了术中胆管造影对减少胆囊切除中的胆管残余结石,避免不必要的胆管探查,降低术后并发症,提高手术质量和安全的临床价值。

Clinical analysis was made of 102 patients undergoing cholangiography during cholecystectomy. The indications of intraoperative cholangiography were put forward, and its clinical values confirmed. Intraoperative cholangiography may reduc remaining calculi of biliary duct, avoid unnecessary exploration, decrease the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the quality and safety of operation.
