摘要
对6例成人肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻病人,3例应用Anderson—Hynes肾盂成邢束治愈,3例患肾切除。结果表明:电视屏幕监测逆行性肾盂输尿管造影检查是目前有效的诊断方法之一,早期诊断及时手术是防治患肾功能进一步损害的关键。
This paper reports 6 cases of adult obstruction at ureteropelvic junction. Of the these cases, 3 were treated by pleloplasty and cured, 3 by nephrectomy. The results showed that retrograde pelvicureterography under TV monitor was now one of effective diagnostic methods. Early diagnose and prompt operation was the key to the prevention and treatment of further injury of renal function in affected part.
