自拟川丹散治疗32例心绞痛冠心病的临床观察

采用自拟川丹散对32例心绞痛型冠心病进行治疗,经过系统观察,和心电图显示,结果表明,该药对心绞痛型的冠心病确有良好的疗效。川芎、丹参、三七均具有活血化瘀行气止痛的作用,三药配伍,相辅相成,相得益彰,对于治疗心血瘀阻型的胸痹具有良好的疗效。现代医学研究表明:3种药均具有扩冠强心,解聚抗凝,降低血脂的作用,故运用该药治疗心绞痛型的冠心病收到了满意效果。

From Oct. 1994 to Oct. 1998, 32 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pec-toris were treated in our hospital, the observation and ECG indicated that the drug had a good effect. In Chuandan San, chuanxiong rhiaome, red sage root, and notoginseng have the action of dilating blood vessels, improving cardiac function, preventing platelet aggregation, inhibiting platelet factor release, and lowering blood - lipid.
