摘要
在总结甘肃平凉电厂厂区施工降水勘察、设计、降水施工及其实施效果的基础上，论述了水文地质专业在市场经济条件下和在岩土工程体制确立过程中，所应当发挥并能够发挥的技术经济作用。
In this paper, based on the summarizing of dewatering in investigation, design, construction as well as practical affections in the major plan area of Gansu Pingliang Power Plant, the technological economic functions on which Hydrogeology should or can act are discussed, under the condition of market economy and in the process of establishing geotechnical engineering system.
