摘要
电力工程项目推行监理制度以来，尽管已取得成效，但是仍存在问题，随着电力建设管理体制改革的发展，监理制必将发挥出应有的作用。
Although great sulless has been made with the electric power projects' implementing supervising system, but there are still some problems. With the development of handling system reform of electric power construction, the supervising system must play due roles to the projects.
