Quantitative Determination of Cinnamic Aldehyde in Meiershen Granule by High Pressure Liquid Chromatography

本文采用高效液相色谱法测定美尔神冲剂中桂皮醛的含量，以甲醇─水（45：55）为流动相，检测波长为280nm,在0．0405μg～0．4048μg范围内有良好的线性关系（r＝0．9997），回收率为100．47％（n=6），RSD为0．69％。方法操作简便、快速且准确。

High pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine cinnamic aldehyde in meiershen granule. The mobile phase was methanol - water(45: 55 ), detection wavelength was 280nm. There was a good linear correlation in the range 0. 0405μg to 0. 4048μg of cinnamic aldegyde (r = 0. 9997). The average recovery was 100. 47 % (n = 6) and the relative standard deviation was 0. 69 %. The method is simple. rapid and accurate.
