HPLC法测定美尔神冲剂中桂皮醛的含量

摘要 本文采用高效液相色谱法测定美尔神冲剂中桂皮醛的含量,以甲醇─水(45:55)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,在0.0405μg~0.4048μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),回收率为100.47%(n=6),RSD为0.69%。方法操作简便、快速且准确。 High pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine cinnamic aldehyde in meiershen granule. The mobile phase was methanol - water(45: 55 ), detection wavelength was 280nm. There was a good linear correlation in the range 0. 0405μg to 0. 4048μg of cinnamic aldegyde (r = 0. 9997). The average recovery was 100. 47 % (n = 6) and the relative standard deviation was 0. 69 %. The method is simple. rapid and accurate.
