摘要
本文在阐明高校体育教学目标内涵和制定高校体育教学目标依据的基础上，对如何制定２１ 世纪我国高校体育教学目标以及实现目标的对策在理论上进行了深入的探讨。
This thesis dwells mainly on the connotaion and target for college PE. A deep discussion is made on how to set the target for PE teaching in higher education of 21 st century and the means to realize it.
