摘要
本文研究了社会主义市场经济体制转轨过程中师资队伍建设方面出现的许多新情况、新问题。并就军事体育课师资队伍建设如何适应素质教育改革作了初步的探讨。
This essay dwells on some new situations in strengthening teaching staff during the course of shunting socialist market economy system.It also elaborates how to adpat military PE teaching staff quality education reform.
