摘要
问卷调查结果表明, 对羽毛球专项若干体能训练原理的片面认识是导致我国羽毛球运动员体能下降的重要原因之一。本文通过文献综述法, 对我国羽毛球界在项目能量代谢特征、无氧阈训练、专项体能与一般体能的关系及爆发力训练原理等方面的传统认只进行了剖析和再论证, 指出: 无氧糖酵解在羽毛球供能体系中占重要地位, 无氧阈训练能更有效地提高爆发力,
The result of questionaries indicated that the one-aided view of physical fimess training was one of the main cause of fall of physical fitness of Chinese badminton athletes.This paper analysed and disoussed some traditional views of physical fitness training through literature review,such as metabolism of energy of badminton,anaerobic threshold training relation between general physical fitness and specifio physical fitness,and the principle of power training.The result supposed that anaerobic system was important to badminton,the symbol of anaerobic threshold training was intensity,not distance,special physical fitnese couldn't replace general physioal fitness,a high intensity of strength training was more useful to promote power,and was of obviors positive role to strength endurance.
