摘要
在全市范围内确定化学事故灾害的14个重点目标区域的基础上,以模糊数学评价为手段,采用内部、外部影响因子的综合分析方法,计算确定化学事故灾害酿灾潜势的4种类型。
On the basis of fourteen key districts of Shanghai where chemical articles are accumulated and chemical accidents are concentrated, the authors comprehensively analyzed both exterior and interior factors affecting chemical accidents, calculated and defined the data of four kind chemial accedent calamities by means of fuzzy mathematical assessment and pointed out the orientation of preventing and controlling these accidents.
