摘要 用电子显微镜观察了日间光适应的罗氏沼虾复眼,结果显示其复眼呈圆球形,组成复眼的小眼为长方形,面积约为475μm 2⒚小眼由折光和感光两部分构成⒚几丁质的角膜分成数十层,成角膜细胞胞质呈网状,4 个晶锥细胞远端为电子致密质,近端为电子透明质⒚7 个小网膜细胞伸出的微纤毛组成了感杆束,其远端的直径约1.4μm ,中部的直径为7.4μm ,近端的直径只有1.7μm ⒚膜下储泡囊体积小,数量少。 The light adapted compound eyes in Macrobrachium rosenbergii were studied by electron microscopic. The results show that the compound eye is globular. The ommatidia that form the compound eye are rectangle. The area of an ommatidium is 475μm 2. An ommatidium composed of cornea, two corneagenous cells, four cone cells and seven retinular cells. The crystalline cone is electron translucent in distal region and is electron dense in proximal region. The rhabdom that is composed of microvillus from the retinular cells forms an oval cross section. The minor axis is 1.4μm in distal region and increases to 7.4μm in middle region. In proximal region it is only 1.7μm. The perirhabdomal vacuole in the retinular cell are few and small. The pigment granule is distributed all retinular cell. The fine structure of the compound eye in Macrobrachium rosenbergii is not the same fine structure as the compound eye in Brachyura.
