微量稀土对灰铸铁管渗漏性能影响的研究

摘要 在自制的渗漏性试验装置上,研究了不同种类的稀土、不同的稀土加入量对灰铸铁管的渗漏性的影响规律;考察了原铁水的含硫量,铸造成形工艺和工艺因素与稀土影响灰铸铁管渗漏性的关系。分析结果表明,微量稀土能够细化石墨和组织,增强机体的连续性,减少组织中的孔隙类铸造缺陷,提高致密度,所以改善了灰铸铁管的抗渗漏性,且灰铸铁管的渗漏性受到工艺方法、工艺因素和原铁水含硫量的影响。 Studies the effect of varied type of RE、raried RE addition on the leakage property of gray iron cast pipe with the self-made leakage test advice; inspects relations between S content in original molten iron and casting forming technology and technology factors and RE influncing leakage of gray iron cast pipe. The results show, micro-element RE can refine microstruture and G, promote the matrix succession, reduce casting defects such as shrikage, increase density, so that it can improve the leakage resistance of gray iron cast pipe, Besides Sin original molten iron, technology processes and factols haw an intlunce on the leakage property of gray ironeast pipe.
