Necessity of Engineering Students' Studying Aesthetics and its Significance

本文以作者在少数民族地区工科大学生中多年从事美育教育的实践，对工科大学生开设美学课程的必要性和特殊益处进行了探讨，并就如何安排好等问题提出了看法．

Based on the practice of many years' aesthetics education to the engineering students in the minority region, the author probes into the necessity and special advantages of aesthetic courses, and puts forward some ideas on how to arrange the teaching and some other problems as well.
