摘要
本文通过对管理、文化两个概念的剖析,阐述了文化在管理中所起的潜移默化的作用,并对如何在教学管理中传播文化进行了探讨。
This paper gives an explanation of the two concepts——administration and culture and clarifies the effect of culture on administration.It also inquires into the way of spreading culture in teaching administration.
