摘要
本文综合介绍了目前我国煤矿巷道金属支护构件用钢的各种强韧化途径,以及在这方面取得的研究成果。认为主要的强韧化途径有:亚温淬火、控制冷却以及调质处理。引外对各种强韧化工艺的可行性及强韧化机理进行了初步分析和探讨。
This paper gives a general introduction of various methods of strengthening and toughening the steel for metallic supporting and protecting components of mine roadways, and reviews the research achievements in this field. It claims that chief methods of steel strengthening and toughening includes intercritical hardening, control cooling heat tredrient, and quenching and tempering. The feasibility and the strengthening and toughening mechanism of various processes have also been discussed.
