摘要
本文讨论了知识经济对科技人才培养的要求，提出了创新人才应具备的素质，以及高等学校在培养人才方面所担负的责任。
Requirements for fostering of scientific and technological talents in high-colleges are discussed. What qualities of the innovative talents should Possess, and responsibilihes nigh-coleges take for the fostering of creative talents, are Presented.
