摘要
当前，我国广播电视技术人员的素质滞后于我国广播电视事业发展的需要。本文总结了人才培养的经验，探讨了面向21世纪广播电视科技人才培养的模式，以迎接即将面临的挑战。
The technicians' quality cannot meet the development of the broadcasting & TV industry The authors summarize the education of broadcasting & TV engineering technique in China and Point out the existing problems.
