摘要
本文根据战略管理的有关理论,对厦新VCD1998年战略进行评价,根据其外部机会与威胁和内部优势和弱点,运用战略地位行动与评价矩阵,定量战略计划矩阵等方法得出了厦新VCD’99各选战略、为公司以后发展作出规划。
According to the relative theories of management the authors assess the strategy of Xiaxin VCD and get some strategies of Xiaxin VCD for choices through the strategic Position and action evaluation matrix, quantitative Strategic planning matrix, according to the Xiaxin company'S external opportunities, menaces and internal edvantages and disadvantages.
