摘要
观察２７例心动过速患者射频消融术前后高频心电图变化，结果显示：消融前后十二导联高频切迹数及高频心电图异常率无变化。表明，尽管射频消融术为一有创性心律失常治疗方法，但对心肌损伤的范围有限，不产生明显的电生理学影响。
We observed the changes of high frequency electrocardiogram(HFECG) in 27 patients with tachycardia before and after radiofrequency catheter ablation.The results showed:after radiofrequency ablation,the number of notches of high frequency electrocardiogram did not increase.It indicated that the character of cardiac electrophysiology did not markedly change by radiofrequency catheter ablation.
