高频宽带心电图对高粘血症诊断价值的初步研究

PRIMARY STUDY ON DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF WIDE FREQUENCY BAND ECG ON HYPERVISOSITY

本文对４３例高粘血症患者ＨＦＥＣＧ（高频心电图）的高频切迹数及发生部位、ＱＲＳ波群的平均时限、平均振幅进行了研究探讨，并与冠心病组进行了比较。结果表明：高粘血症组十二导组合导联高频切迹数（ＨＦＮ）为１５．９８±７．００，高于正常值，但与冠心病组无显著差异；切迹多发生在肢体导联ＱＲＳ波群峰顶及谷底；而冠心病组以基线附近多见。高粘血症组与冠心病组在肢体导联（下壁、高侧壁）ＱＲＳ波群时限有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）；在高侧壁ＱＲＳ波群平均振幅上亦有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

The HFECG in 43 cases with hypervisosity(group h) were studied.The number and position of high frequency notches,the average duration and average amplitude of QRS complex were observed and then compared with patients of coronary heart disease(group c). Results:The number of high frequency notches in 12 leads is 15.98±7.00 in group p.It was higher than normal,but was not significantly different from groupC.The notches were much seen on the peaks or in the valleys of QRS complex in limb leads,In group c notches were seen about basal line. The two groups were notably different in the average duration of QRS complex in limb leads (inferior,high lateral wall)(p<0.001).The average amplitudes of QRS complex(high lateral wall)of them were also significantly different(p<0.01).
