摘要
在面向21世纪的中国高等教育改革中,传统的专才教育模式及培养“高级专门人才”的目标,已无法适应当今世界科技进步和经济发展的需要,由此素质教育已成为人们的共识。近年来,创造(创新)教育又在教育界引起大家的广泛关注,并进行了大量的研究与实践。本文分析了三种教育模式的关系,阐明应确立“半成品”(毛坯)的培养目标,摘掉教育工作的“三张皮”,从而真正走出高等教育模式的困境,为社会培养出创造型、创新型的高素质人才。
In the innovation of the advanced education which faces the 21st century, it is the traditional special educational model and the aim to educate advanced special qualified pers0nnel that can't fit the development of science, technology and economy in the world today, so constitutional education become people's common opinion. Moreover, recently creative education has already got people's attention in educational field, and it has been put into research and practice to a certain degree. The paper will analyze the relationship of three educational models, express the aim to educate nsemi-finished product', which need to reject educational 'three facesn so that advanced educational model, and educate creative qualified personnel for the soclety.
