摘要
目的 探讨急性心肌梗塞后心肌超微结构的变化及黄芪的治疗作用。方法 采用兔制备急性心肌梗塞模型,黄芪治疗兔自术后第二日腹腔注射黄芪2~3ml,每日2次,共3周;术后第六周处死动物,留取标本,进行电镜观察。结果 急性心肌梗塞后梗塞中心区及周边区均发生明显的超微结构变化,黄芪治疗后这种变化减轻。结论 黄芪可明显减轻心梗后心肌超微结构的变化。
Objective Observe the ultrastructural changes of myocardium after myocardial infarction and study the theraputic role of Radix Astragali. Methods Rabbits were used to make AMI model, 2-3ml Radix Astragali was injected through abdominal cavity, twice daily, total three weeks; all animals were killed in the sixth week, the specimen were studied through electromicroscope. Results Ultrastructural changes after AMI were remarkable, Rabix Astragali can attenuate these changes. Conclusion Radix Astragali has some theraputic effects on the myocardial ultrastructural changes after AMI.
