面向21世纪教育教学改革若干问题的思考

Survey on the Problems of Education and Teaching Reform Facing the 21st Century

本文结合学校教学工作实际，简要论述了处于世纪之交重要历史时期学校教育教学改革方面的一些问题；从调整学科专业结构、教学计划的修订、教学管理制度改革、师资队伍建设、促进教学质量提高等方面提供了初浅的工作思路和具体做法。

By combining the practical situation of universities, this article briefly deals with some problems of education and teaching reform of universities in the critical historic age. It provides us with primary ideas and concrete methods concerning many aspects ranging from adjustment of discipline structure, the reform of teaching addministration system to the training of faculty members and the improvement of teaching quality.
