新时期执政党建设应重视的历史经验

Historic Experience Valued By CPC at New Age

新时期执政党建设迫切需要解决一系列新问题：面临社会主义有史以来最严重的国际挑战；官僚主义和钱权交易日益腐蚀着我们的队伍；组织人事制度不健全和许多党员干部的政治素质降低。为了使党增强执政意识、提高执政本领，根据历史的经验，一定要在党的建设中做到：工人阶级先锋队的性质不能变，马克思主义的武器不能丢，资本主义的垃圾不能捡，为共产主义献身的标准不能降，艰苦创业的精神不能忘。

The following urgent problem should be solved in the construction of CPC at new age: (1) the most serious international challenge in socialist history, (2) Bureaucracy and power exchanging in our team; (3) uncompleted system of organizational personnel and the Political quality degradahon of many communist cadres. In order to strengthen manipulating consciousness, enhance manipulating abilitys we must do the following in the construction of CPC according to historic experience. The pioneering trait of worker class should not be changed, the weapon of Marxism not discarded, the garbage of Bureaucracy not picked, the criterion for dedicating to Communism not lowered, the hard-working spirit not forgotten.
