气象因素与急性脑血管病的相关研究

Research in Relationship between Meteorological Factor and Acute Cerebrovascular Disease

经10年对照分析，提出了武汉地区气象因素对急性脑血管病影响规律性和预测急性脑血管的4项危险因素，即：（1）相对湿度大于74％；（2）气压在1017.5hPa左右；（3）低温的冬季；（4）每年1、5、10月3个月（特别是1月份）为高发月，并通过1991～1995年5年的病例加以验证，可信性达80％～90％。

By the compared analysis in 10 years, we suggest that meteorological factor has regular effect on acute cerebrovascular disease in Wuhan and 4 dangerous factors can be used to predict acute cerebrovascular disease; (1) relative humidity > 74%; (2) atmospheric pressure is 1017.5 hpa or so; (3) colder winter; (4) morbidity is higher in three months, i.e., January, May, October, especially January.Through the verification of five years cases from 1991 to 1995, credible interval is up to 80%～90%.
