摘要 介绍了场发射显示技术的发展过程、器件结构和工作原理,讨论了目前这项技术所面临的问题。着重介绍了近两年来在场发射显示技术研究领域的最新进展,包括发光材料的改进、器件寿命的提高、器件结构的改进以及样机的试制工作等。 In this paper, the development of field emission display(FED) technology is reviewed, followed by discussion on the structure of FED and its display mechanism.Emphasis is put mainly on the progress in recent two years in such areas as the modification of the materials,the improvement of device life-time and its structure,and the trial production of the sample devices.
