电站阀门密封面堆焊的研究

摘要 研制了一种新型的用于电站阀门密封面耐磨堆焊焊条。阐述了该材料的工艺性能、冶金性能、抗裂性能以及硬度、抗磨损、抗擦伤、抗腐蚀等性能,并与堆547Mo和司太立合金作了对比。实验结果表明,该材料的性能达到了堆547Mo的水平,而且抗裂、抗擦伤、抗腐蚀等性能还超过了堆547Mo。 Studies a new wear-resistant surfacing manual electrodes for seal surface of power station valves. Describes its technological property, metallurgical property, cracking-resistance、hardness wear resistance、scratching resistance、corrosion resistance and erosion resistance, and compares with the properties of D.547Mo and stellite alloys. The experiment results show that its properties attain the D547Mo Levels, but also its cracking resistance, scratching and corrosion resistance surpass the D547Mo ones.
