摘要
利用钢铁的热胀冷缩特性,采用电感应加热法将悬挂大齿轮进行加热,然后装配到托圈耳轴上,待冷却后悬挂大齿轮紧紧抱住耳轴,从而实现两者过盈配合的目的。
Iron expands with heat and contracts with cold. With the help of above nature and the induction heating method, we fit the heated cantilever low gear on the ear shaft of furnace holder. An ideal tight fitting is got after the cantilever low gear cools down.
