中药对犬肝细胞脂质分泌的影响

Effect of Traditional Herbs on Lipid Secretion in Primary Culture of Hepatocytes of Dog

目的 :观察利胆中药鹅脱氧胆酸、胆酸、SVST对肝细胞分泌脂质的影响。 方法 :在原代培养的肝细胞培养液中加入药物 ,共育 7d ,检测培养上清液中的主要脂质成分。 结果 :在 4 6味利胆中药中 ,理气解郁和活血化瘀药物对于家犬肝细胞的脂质分泌影响较明显。其中陈皮、丹参对于肝细胞脂质分泌的影响比较突出 ,使培养液中胆固醇比例以及胆固醇饱和指数 (CSI)显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,鹅脱氧胆酸与SVST对于正常家犬肝细胞分泌脂质有显著影响 ,能使胆固醇比例以及CSI显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 :理气。

Objective To observe the effects of some herbs,CDCA,CA,and SVST on lipid secretion in hepatocytes of dogs Methods Medicines were incubated with the hepatocytes as well as the lipid components in the supernatent liquid were examined in vitro.Results In 46 herbs,vitality regulating and activating blood circulation herbs mightbe influence the lipid secretion in hepatocytes.The effects of citn Exocarpium(ChenPi)and Radix Miltiorrhizae Salviae(DanShan )on lipid secretion in hepatocytes were significantly decreased (P<0.05).Cholesterol saturation index and cholesterol ratio in ChenPi and DanShan groups were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).cholesterol saturation index(CSI) and cholesterol ratio(CR) in SVST group were also significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion LiQi and HuoXue herbs,CDCA and SVST may influence the cholesterol metabolism in hepatocytes.
