摘要
首先讨论了企业成长的概念和测度,然后运用自组织理论和二分支点演化模型对企业成长形态进行了描述性研究,最后运用系统动力学现点对企业成长过程的动态适应机制进行了探讨.
After having discussed the concept and measurement of enterprises growth, the author described the enterprises growing pattern by means of self-organization theory and evolution model of two-branch point,then applied the viewpoint of system dynamics to explore the dynamical adapting mechanism during enterprises growing process.
