On the Complexity of Evaluating the Achievements in Researches of Systems Science

针对系统科学研究的特点,对系统科学研究成果评价的复杂性问题作了较为细致的分析.认为系统科学研究成果评价的复杂性可以从七个相互联系的方面加以认识:研究对象的不确定性;评价对象社会影响的多样性;评价主体的个体性;评价者与研究者及决策者三者关系的复杂性;成果本身的某些人文特征;评价的不确定性;成果效益的滞后效应,并对这几个方面的情况作了深入探讨.

In accordance with the features of the study of systems sicence,the complexity of evaluating the achievements in researches of systems sicence was discussed in detail in following seven relative aspects:the uncertainty of the object of study,the variety of social effects of evaluated object,the individuality of subject,the complexity of relations among e-valuator,researcher and decision maker,the humanity of achievements,the uncertainty of e-valuation and the behind effect of achievements benefit.
