The Structural Change in Social Develoment and the Reconstruction of Science and Technology in Information Times

系统地论述了影响社会结构变迁的因素以及信息时代社会结构变迁的特征.指出现代社会的先锋因素应当是一个以开放、多元、自由选择为核心的文化符号系统.从政治、经济、文化等各方面论述了信息时代重建科学教育的重点在于重塑人的价值体系,完善人格、发展人的创新潜能.

The authors analyzed systematically the factors affecting social structural change and the characteristics of social structural change in information times. It was pointed out that the vanward factors in modern society should form a cultural symbol system characterized mainly by opening,diversity and free choice. From the viewpoints of politics ,economy and culture,the authors considered that the focal points of reconsturcting science and education consist in how to reshape human's value system, how to pcfcct their personalities and how to develop their innovative potentials.
