With the viewpoints of systems science, the authors discussed the improvement and the characteristics of economy in Jing Jiang triangular zone,and pointed out that the dissipative structure in the system is the key factor promoting the economic improvement in the zone,meanwhile the organizing mechanism in government is its guarantee.
