随着数字化、网络化的不断发展,预示着人类社会的智能化.面对着世界经合组织(OECD)所提出的知识经济时代的到来,组织形态的虚拟化、组织功能的自学习化,将对系统理论带来新的挑战.
The continuous development of digitalization and networking predicts the in-tellectualization of human society. Along with the coming of the era of knowledge economy as proposed by OECD,the system theory will be challenged by virtualization of organization and self-learning of organization.
